We will have a zoom or phone call, to go over your completed forms, and establish your individualized plan. I will tell you what your step by step process will look like.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, reschedule or make changes to appointment with out a penalty, all changes must be done 24 hours in advance. The penalty will vary depending on service booked.
